Preps: healthy, gourmet cuisine!<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Fancy a healthy breakfast in a nice, cosy setting? I’ve got just the place! It’s Preps<\/strong> in Maastricht! A place just like I like it, with a great menu and lots of vegan choices! <\/strong>I thought at first that Preps was a vegan restaurant, but not quite, as there are vegan and non-vegan choices too, but very few.
<\/strong><\/p>\n

I tested the<\/strong> vegan<\/strong>power pancakes<\/strong>: pancake, granola, fresh fruit and agave syrup. For the record, I love pancakes<\/strong> and am often disappointed when I order them in a restaurant. <\/p>\n

These were the best vegan pancakes I’ve ever had!<\/strong> They were light, the fruit was fresh, it was a healthy yet gourmet breakfast.<\/strong> It’s a far cry from overly fatty, overly sweet pancakes, and it’s good for you.<\/p>\n

In fact, that’s what Preps<\/strong> is all about, offering something healthy but tasty! The setting is also super cute, with a pretty little terrace. The value for money is really good (\u20ac11.50 for the pancakes, for example). <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
