If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know that I’ve already had the opportunity to try out the world’s best plant-based restaurant: La Distillerie<\/strong><\/a>. I love this restaurant and have already written a long article about it on my website<\/a>. Although I’ve known about La Distillerie<\/b> for 10 years, I’d never yet tried chef Ren\u00e9 Mathieu<\/b> ‘s second restaurant: Brasserie C\u00f4t\u00e9 Cour<\/b>. <\/p>

Passionate about plant-based cuisine, I often talk about chef Ren\u00e9 Mathieu<\/strong> around me, and I wanted to share this culinary experience with my friends. Not surprisingly, I loved (and I’m not the only one) the menu offered by Brasserie C\u00f4t\u00e9 Cour<\/strong>. It’s a scaled-down version of La Distillerie’<\/strong>s gourmet menu.
In other words, we have the same dishes as those offered in the Michelin-starred restaurant. Quality, quantity and presentation remain the same.

Chef Ren\u00e9 Mathieu<\/strong> ‘s strong commitment is also evident, with a menu that evolves according to the seasons, the produce and his pickings<\/strong>. To enjoy a meal at Brasserie C\u00f4t\u00e9 Cour<\/strong> or La Distillerie<\/strong> is above all to take advantage of an exceptional moment, to take one’s time and to accept to leave one’s comfort zone. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The menu was PERFECT<\/strong>, and I think going to the Brasserie<\/strong> is a great way to discover the cuisine of chef Ren\u00e9 Mathieu<\/strong>. The quality\/price ratio is truly exceptional, as the menu costs \u20ac65 for the vegetarian composition and \u20ac75 if you add an animal protein. My friends were won over and, above all, pleasantly surprised by this type of cuisine. They are neither vegetarians nor vegans, but they wanted to try out the menu’s vegetarian composition, and they don’t regret their choice! <\/p>

The little extra: what I also really appreciated was that the chef took the time at the end of his service to come and greet his customers.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Areas for improvement:<\/strong> as far as the cuisine is concerned, I don’t think there’s anything to say. The only small improvement to be made would be in the Brasserie setting, which could do with a little sprucing up. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
