I had the chance to experience this cuisine during my trip to Japan, and it was a real joy to find it again here in Luxembourg.   <\/p><p data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1076\"><b>The menu I enjoyed that day:<\/b><\/p><ul data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1344\"><li data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1154\"><p data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1154\">Pumpkin noodles served with a delicately fragrant vegetable broth<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1199\"><p data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1199\">Seaweed in different textures: jelly, fried and marinated<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1274\"><p data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1274\">Roasted carrot served with a fermented almond cream infused with white miso<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1319\"><p data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1319\">Smoked tofu with sake pearls and vegetable jus<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1344\"><p data-start=\"1322\" data-end=\"1344\">Tea-infused daikon<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1532\">Precise, well-balanced dishes, without unnecessary showmanship. Every element has its place, every flavor is clear.<br data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1454\">This is a demanding plant-based cuisine, but above all a deeply coherent one.
