Beet: vegetarian, raw and local!
Update: I was saddened to learn that the restaurant had recently closed its doors 🙁
The city of Dijon is a great place to take a short break before touring the Burgundy wine route. Le Betterave is the place to go for top-quality vegetarian cuisine! The daily menu costs 27 euros and includes a starter, main course, dessert and a choice of beverage (including the option of a glass of wine (from Burgundy, of course!)).
What I love about this restaurant is above all its natural, raw, plant-based cuisine. But it’s also the fact that all the products cooked here have not travelled more than 200 km. Everything is local, even the drinks (although there are a few exceptions, like the coffee, of course).

To sum up: A very nice address in Dijon offering vegetarian dishes without substitutes, and that’s good!
