Chum Chay: a vegetarian Vietnamese restaurant!
It’s not always easy to find vegetarian restaurants that are a little out of the ordinary. And yet, in Cologne, I found Chum Chay, a Vietnamese vegetarian/vegan restaurant.
The menu features classic dishes such as spring rolls, egg rolls and pho, as well as various types of curry. The flavors are there and you really get the impression of traveling.
