Today, Best Veggie Tables takes its first steps into the media spotlight.
And not just any spotlight: it made the front page of the Luxembourg-based media Virgule.lu.
A well-deserved highlight for a more respectful way of eating

Because Best Veggie Tables isn’t just a restaurant directory. It’s a quiet manifesto — driven by the desire to give voice to those who cook differently, who create dishes that are more committed, more creative,
and above all, more respectful.
