TSU Pies: The Passion of Greek Pastry
Four years ago, Kostas and Vicky launched a project close to their hearts: TSU by Kostas & Vicky.
Their dream? To introduce Luxembourg to real Greek sweet and savory specialties — reimagined in a modern and exciting way.
With the motto “Fresh Pies, Hot Smiles,” TSU quickly became a local favorite. Among their most popular creations:
- Crispy, flaky spanakopita (spinach pie).
- Vegan mushroom pie.
- The unique Santorini pie, filled with olives and tomatoes
- The authentic bougatsa from Thessaloniki (sweet cream pie).
The name TSU comes from Tsoureki, the traditional sweet Greek brioche that inspired their famous sandwiches.
Each pie is baked fresh daily, with options for everyone — vegan, vegetarian, cheesy, or classic.

A year later, a new chapter began with Grandpa’s Greek Souvlaki.
The concept pays tribute to Grandpa Kostas, a man with over 40 years of culinary passion. His family recipes bring to life generous, flavorful pitas that feel like home.
With its motto “Wrap It Like It’s Hot”, Grandpa’s quickly won over street food lovers thanks to:

On one side, the sweetness of TSU’s pastries and coffee; on the other, the warmth and generosity of Grandpa’s Greek street food.
My Vegetarian Experience
What I loved most about Greek Alley is the freedom it gives you. You can build your pita exactly as you like it, choosing your type of bread and favorite ingredients.
It’s a simple idea, but it makes all the difference — allowing everyone to find their own balance, whether vegetarian or vegan.
The homemade bread, soft and slightly grilled, immediately won me over. It has that unmistakable taste of something genuinely handcrafted.
And then came my personal favorite — the truffle fries. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, seasoned to perfection. Impossible to stop at one bite.
That touch of indulgence perfectly completes a cuisine that feels honest, generous, and full of heart.
