Pinsere: the REAL Pinsa of Rome!
As you probably know, I love discovering new places, but I also love traveling! Pinsere is a little restaurant in Rome that I’ve known for a few years now, and I go back there whenever I can.
What’s a pinsa in the first place? It’s a small, traditional Roman pizza. Pinsa is lighter and crispier than pizza because the flour used is a mixture of wheat and rice flour.
At Pinsere, you order the pinsa you want at the counter and wait quietly on the terrace if there’s room.
Examples of veggie pinsa:
Eggplant, grapes, almonds, mozzarella, basil
–
Tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil

A lovely address for lovers of Rome!
I really like this place because it’s a bit hidden and far from the “touristy” addresses. There are always vegetarian options, the produce is fresh and the value for money is really good (around €4.5 per pinsa). If you’re still feeling peckish, don’t forget to try the arancini, which are simply incredible!
Best Veggie Tables' opinion
To sum up: This is one of my favourite addresses in Rome, simple, fast, efficient and, above all, very, very good!
Last visit: I count more
